DESCRIPTION

The retro system no longer uses the clip connectors (which tend to leak) and will have all instructions ready to fit. You will use a portion of the tank to filter fuel line (roughly 6” cut off) and a new line is supplied from Filter to injection pump

The kit is a replacement for the current fuel filter system on the VH Ford Transit Vans, Comes with fuel hoses to fit to the high pressure pump and back to tank lines and new stainless hose clamps

Fuel filter has a built in hand priming pump

PRICING & PAYMENT

For products purchased via the website, price (including GST) is shown at time of purchase along with any freight costs applicable. Payment is required at the time of purchase via options available.

For customers considered as ‘trade’ a quote will be given first (excluding GST) for both product and freight. If authority given to proceed, parts will be invoiced and paid according to terms whether that be payment up front or on account.

Special orders must be paid upfront prior to order being processed.

Prices may be altered at any time without notification to take into account increase in costs.

Unfortunately if an error has occurred in pricing, we reserve the right to correct.

FRIEGHT CONDITIONS

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Ford Transit Parts (FTP). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Products are delivered nationally using major transport providers including Toll, TNT, Australia Post and Couriers Please. Quoted delivery timeframes are an estimate only. We do not take responsibility for freight delays that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends. If item is out of stock or requires a special order, customers will be informed promptly.

If a high volume of orders is experienced, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If any significant delays are to occur, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Trade customers please note shipping costs will be quoted prior to purchase.

Please note areas outside metro and regional locations may take longer. Items shipped to Western Australia may also take longer than estimated delivery times.

Shipment to PO Boxes
Ford Transit Parts (FTP) ships to addresses within Australia and can ship to PO Box addresses. This option is limited as only certain carriers deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please use the specific carrier website tracking function to find out further information about your shipment.

Damages
FTP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, best practice is to not accept the parcel on delivery. Otherwise, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please keep images of parcel and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of Australia as part of our normal trade. If you are wishing to purchase from overseas, please contact us and we can give a custom quote.

WARRANTY

Genuine Ford parts have a 12 month warranty period or 20,000 kilometers. Aftermarket parts have 6 month warranty period or 10,000 kilometers.

Warranty applies to the part only. It does not cover labour or any other costs associated with the repair of the vehicle or any consequential loss in relation to the product.

Warranty will be void;

  •      If the product has been incorrectly installed or damaged during the installation process
  •      If the product shows evidence of contamination
  •      If there is misuse or alteration of the product from its original manufacturers specifications

It is recommended that parts be fitted by a qualified professional.

Claim Procedure

If a product is suspected to be faulty, notify us promptly at sales@fordtransitparts.com.au. Proof of purchase must be given with explanation of issue and photo evidence (if available).

Goods will be returned to the manufacturer for review in which if deemed warranty, goods will be either replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer.

If a replacement product is required prior to the decision of the manufacturer, this will be at the cost of the customer. If the product is a valid warranty, the product will be credited.

REFUNDS

Request for refund/return must be made within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in original condition (not installed) and without damage.

Special orders are products specifically ordered in from an overseas supplier at the request of the customer. Please note, these items are non refundable unless there is a warranty issue as approved by the manufacturer.

If change of mind, goods must be returned at the cost of the customer and will be refunded upon receipt of goods back to us (Ford Transit Parts). Refund amount will be for the part only as freight costs are excluded.
